I really like this book, I love fairy tales, and how everything can be... as the author says
"Powerful, wonderful and ridiculous"
I wish that I could write like her!! I love how she does capture the imagination, and I love how in this book, the knight in shining armor is very much not what you expect.

You are so right. It just shows that you can be a sword yeilding hero to someone, no matter who you are, even if you are afraid.
